The location was a dream, just a quick walk to the tube and a one-stop ride to the O2 Arena! The breakfast spread was delicious and really hit the spot, especially the hot options. The staff were like family, always ready with a smile and a recommendation!

Great staff saved the day!

Checked in around 11:30, but our first room was a disabled room, which was a bummer since we had a show to catch. The staff at the reception were awesome and helped us switch to a suitable room pretty quickly. Nice comfy bed and there’s a snack bar which was handy. Wish we had more food options at breakfast, though!

The hotel reeks of a distinct smell, especially with dogs around!!! shower drains poorly and appears neglected, making it feel more like a hassle than a stay!!! The air conditioning simply doesn't perform well enough!!!

We had an awesome stay for a night, enjoying free parking and a comfy double room with a decent shower. The bar was a highlight, with a friendly vibe and great drinks after our big event. The complimentary breakfast had a solid spread to kickstart our day. The only downside was that the room got a bit warm, but overall, it was a perfect experience! 😊

It was just a top selection for a quick stopover in London with decent value for money. The staff were really helpful when I needed to store my luggage for a bit. Make sure to ask for extra toiletries if you need them.
